Mediation
Ms. Smith, when engaged as a mediator, acts as a neutral facilitator, who assists both parties to reach settlement of your legal issues. She meets with both of you in private confidential sessions to exchange necessary information and ideas about various ways to resolve your differences. Guardianship
The Law Office assists clients with determining whether they need to obtain legal guardianship, if they are eligible to enroll a minor in school and make medical decisions without becoming a legal guardian, and when a legal guardianship is not practical. This office handles all aspects of preparing, filing and service of guardianship papers, court appearances, and temporary guardianship in urgent situations. We also assist clients seeking to end guardianships.

Wills and Trusts
